HeartSaver First Aid, CPR AED (The CPR and First Aid
classes can be taken separately by request)
This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course is designed for anyone
with limited or not medical training who needs a course completion card
in First Aid, CPR AED to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
This course teaches participants critical skills and knowledge needed to
respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until
emergency medical services (EMS) takes over.
Course content includes:
- First aid training basics (including scene safety, finding the problem,
calling for help and more)
- Medical emergencies (including actions for choking, breathing problems,
shock and more)
- Injury emergencies (including actions for bleeding, broken bones, burns
and more)
- Environmental emergencies (including actions for bites and stings, and
temperature-related and poison emergencies)
- Adult CPR AED(with a mask)
CPR AED- only (does not include First Aid Training)
This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course teaches adult CPR AED
(with a mask) and adult choking. Optional modules include child CPR AED,
and infant CPR, including child and infant choking.
CPR Training teaches skills using the research-proven Practice-While-Watching
technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback
and guide the students' acquisition of skills.
First Aid Training -only (does not include CPR or AED training)
This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course teaches participants

Course Length:
-First Aid 2-3 Hours, CPR AED 3-4 Hours, or CPR & First Aid 5-7 hours
-CPR Certification Card valid for 2 years
